At the beginning of a journey to a healthy life I started out just like everyone else. After having my second child, I realized that my body couldn’t bounce back as quickly as I once did. I struggled to get my body back on track, and came to realize that it wasn’t that my body couldn’t get fit; it was that my mind wouldn’t let it. Getting in shape was not only a body changing experience, but a mind changing experience as well. It is still an everyday battle, but I always tell myself “Exercise and nutrition should always be a way of life and not a chore”.

I love to help people and shape lives in a positive way. I will be there 100% as reach your fitness goals. Please feel free to introduce yourself and I’ll do my best to answer any questions you might have.

As an elite certified personal trainer, my core values are based on integrity and being a team player. I know what it takes to lose those unwanted pounds. I remember trying to work out with no results until I educated myself and became a trainer. I’m very well-rounded in fitness and I’ve helped MMA fighters prepare for fights, all the way to stay-at-home moms wanting to lose those post-pregnancy pounds. Once being overweight myself I totally understand the position you’re in and the struggles you deal with on a day to day basis, and this is why I specialize in fat loss and love seeing the progress of my clients.

I enjoy being the root of my clients’ happiness with themselves, changing lives through fitness and making an impact in their lives is truly rewarding. This is the core of my success with training, because I love helping people and I do it with something I’m passionate about. I will be with you every step of the way, in and out of the gym. Training Specialties:

  • Sport Specific Training – I utilize a sort specific testing protocol to assess a clients’ current level of fitness / athletic ability. Based on the results of that protocol, a personalized program is developed to improve specific skills needed to increase sports performance.
  • Injury Prevention – I identify potential areas of weakness in the body. These weaknesses may result from a previous injury, surgery or other orthopedic limitation. Together we will find a combination of exercises that rebalance the body and get you on your way to easier movement.
  • Functional Training – I focus on strengthening muscles in combinations that mimic daily activities. This type of training helps to decrease the risk of injury during activities like lifting, twisting, pulling, pushing and reaching.
