Introducing Kaade Trones, a seasoned fitness expert here at Badger Fitness Gym since 2015. Armed with a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from UW Stevens Point, Kaade is all about helping you achieve your fitness goals in a way that’s tailored to you. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA, he’s got the know-how to design effective workout plans that deliver results. Off the clock, you’ll often find Kaade on the rugby field, showcasing his passion for staying active and pushing boundaries.

Katie Meives

Meet Katie Meives, a dedicated member of the Badger Fitness team since 2015. Armed with a Business Management Degree from UW Madison and an Associate Degree in Human Services and proud member of the American Council of Exercise, Katie brings a unique blend of business acumen and a passion for helping others to the gym floor. Her commitment to empowering individuals extends beyond fitness – with certifications in alcohol and drug intervention, as well as AODA. Katie’s passion lies in empowering women to feel strong and confident and leads our women’s-only group strength training class, creating a supportive environment for women to thrive.

Women’s Fitness Group Training

Join trainer Katie for our Women’s Only Group Training Sessions, held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at noon, 4 pm, and 5 pm. Tailored to both beginners and seasoned gym-goers, these sessions focus on building strength and boosting gym confidence.
